The position plays an essential role in ensuring timely and accurate delivery of network services that support business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder and provision internet and data circuits (such as Ethernet, MPLS, DIA, and broadband) from telecom carriers and ISPs.Coordinate with vendors, engineering teams, and project managers to ensure timely delivery, installation, and activation of circuits.Track circuit orders from initiation through installation and testing, maintaining accurate order and inventory records.Document and maintain circuit inventory, order statuses, and vendor communications.Identify and troubleshoot provisioning?related issues and escalate when required.Review and confirm vendor quotes for accuracy and completeness.Support network upgrades, migrations, and new site deployments by ensuring circuit readiness.Work with billing and finance teams to verify circuit charges and resolve any inconsistencies.Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting provisioning procedures and identifying workflow enhancements.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in telecommunications provisioning, particularly in ordering and managing data and internet circuits.Familiarity with telecom carriers (including AT&T, Lumen, Verizon, Comcast, and Zayo) and circuit types (Ethernet, T1, fiber, broadband).Strong understanding of provisioning workflows and terminology (e.g., LOA/CFA, FOC, demarcation points, circuit extensions).Experience using telecom ordering and ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, or carrier portals).Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other productivity tools.The base range for this contract position is $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience.
