You will utilizes established methodologies within a collaborative team environment to perform system life cycle activities for assigned systems, applications, or application suites. Responsibilities include planning, system analysis, design, application development, testing, implementation, maintenance, support, and completion of project-related work. This role may also lead projects or initiatives of varying size and complexity. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on supported platforms. Serve as a subject matter resource and escalation point for complex technical issues. Coordinate support, maintenance, and project activities across multiple teams. Ensure adherence to Froedtert Health's incident and change management processes and service level agreements. Create, maintain, and review system documentation to support troubleshooting, disaster recovery, cross-training, and strategic initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers. Participate in the on-call support rotation and appropriately route or escalate issues. Identify and implement process and system improvement opportunities. Utilize established project management methodologies and tools to support project delivery. Perform other duties as assigned. In this position you will design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise infrastructure solutions that support organizational reliability, scalability, performance, and security objectives. This role will play a key part in advancing cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automation, and hybrid cloud networking initiatives. The Infrastructure Engineer will serve as a technical leader for infrastructure automation and cloud-native technologies while collaborating with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to deliver secure, resilient, and efficient technology solutions.This position is 100% remote Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert for Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. Design, develop, and maintain standardized, reusable Terraform modules, templates, and governance frameworks. Establish and enforce infrastructure coding standards and best practices. Manage infrastructure state files and support secure deployments across multi-account AWS environments. Develop and maintain automated infrastructure deployment and configuration processes. Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar platforms. Automate infrastructure provisioning, validation, security controls, and deployment processes. Support continuous integration and continuous delivery initiatives across infrastructure and cloud environments.Architect, implement, and support container orchestration platforms utilizing AWS EKS, ECS, Kubernetes, Docker, and related technologies. Establish standards and processes for container security, image management, registry administration, and deployment automation.
